4. Payment Terms

Payments are held in escrow until the student approves the completed work. Platform fees are deducted from tutor earnings as specified in the current fee structure.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon payment completion, students receive full rights to the delivered work. Tutors retain no ownership claims to completed assignments.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, users should first attempt to resolve issues directly. If unsuccessful, our support team will mediate. Final decisions by HomeworkHero administrators are binding.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform in any way.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
